Unum Provident Short Term Disability
What is the name of your state? AZ
I'm not sure if this is in the right spot, or even the right forum, but here goes...
Is there any relationship between insurance policies/carriers?
Example: If a person is approved as disabled by SSDI and their Long Term Disability carrier (State Retirement System) and repeatedly denied by Unum Provident (self pay) Short Term Disabilty policy would this be considered in any way as evidence of bad faith, etc.?
