My 17 year old son went to a party last weekend. There were others under the age of 18 there as well. When they all got busted (by parents, not law), it was brought up at school. The athletes were punished at school, and also the name of the person buying the alcohol came out.(a 21 year old boy) One or two of the parents want to press charges on this boy. If supenoed, does my son have to testify? We have dealt with the issue at home, and he has been punished at school. Can he plead the 5th, to keep from getting himself into more trouble over this thing? Thanks.
