We own a Mobile Home Park in California. There is a trailer parked in a vacant space. The owner did not sign a rental agreement or pay any rent money. He parked it and did not notify us that it was there. Can we legally tow it off our property? What are our rights?

I am sorry I don't have anything more constructive to post, but I can't believe the nerve of some people!! Some bonehead was just driving by and saw a vacant space and decided to park his trailer there???

I wonder how much the towing company will charge for this job. Can you imagine the look on the owners face when he comes home and his house is gone???

Now that I think about it, there is no reason to believe that the house belongs to the person living in it. It is probably stolen.

Sheesh...
