I have spoken to an atty about getting my drunken mother out of our guest house, I sent a letter addressed to her and her only to her PO BOX. I received the return receipt and her boyfriend signed for the letter. Now how do I know he gave it to her? Is he allowed to sign for a letter that was addressed to her at her PO box?
