Ok its been a while since i posted here but wanted to update everyone. Our case has been dismissed. BM's lawyer quit she hasnt paid her half of therapist bills or her half of dr bills. She hasnt seen then boys since Christmas last year hasnt spoken to them since June it was april before that and the day after Christmas before that. She did not use her summer visitation and i actually spoke to her recently online and asked if the boys could call and talk to her she said no she was on her way out. She said she would call the next day that was about 2 weeks ago havent heard anything from her. She isnt answering her phones or emails. She has no clue how they are doing in school and has shown no intrest. So basuically we spent all that money for nothing to change. At least the boys are safe withus and are being taken care of.
Sad thing is they are older now and relize whats going on as far as her not calling or answering when we call. Missing first day of school and bdays. They no longer believe she is working so now we do our best to let them know they are loved. She has no clue ho wmuch she hurts them by ignoring them. We will be starting therapy again to make sure they are dealing with this and arent blaming themselves.
