Update On My Eviction Notice: Case Dismissed!!!

I went to court today regarding my eviction notice and won! Despite the fact that I made my rent payment after a court agreed upon date, my case was dismissed because as I have been advised here, my landord waived his rights to an eviction when he still went ahead and cashed my checks.
