Just in case anyone was wondering. Just wanted to let everyone know that I absolutely hands down won my case. The judge gave me everything I wanted and more. All their mother got was a stern lecture from the judge. My kids are now with me, and will be visiting their mother EOW, and half the summer!

Nah. She didn't carry on about anything. She had absolutely no evidence about anything. She barely said anything. Just sat there like a deer in the headlights when my answering machine was played, and when her police reports were read (she assaulted my wife and I on two seperate occassions). She got really mad when my lawyer asked her about the harrassing emails that she wrote. Her lawyer didn't know about any of the stuff that had taken place in the past couple years. The only thing she told her lawyer was that I had no contact with the kids for an entire year. It was such a blatant lie, because I had her phone calls and emails for that time ..confirming things like..times and days I'll be picking up the kids, etc. I heard her lawyer say to her "at this point you'll be lucky to get any unsupervised visitation at all...accept their proposal." So she did. And the judge took it step further and ordered only EOW with her. I was originally willing to agree to extra weeknights with her too. Haven't talked to her since. I think she'll be picking the kids up tomorrow. Ooh yeah M2J we're all smiles in this house

Thanks for mentioning the Easter outfit.. saved me from searching, now I remember the story.

To the OP from the sounds of mom you may or may not see her and if you do I wouldn't count on it remaining steady. Could be wrong but it's been my experience that few people who want that much control and are that vindictive.. etc... don't really want what they say they want and when they lose that control they give up and move on to someone else that they can control... hope that makes sense.
