What is the name of your state? Tennessee I thought that I would update on what happened in my Husband's case yesterday. My Husband agreed to let his son's mother move to Kentcuky with him after they had a long talk about things yesterday. They actually managed to agree on everything except for transportation. She thought my husband should make the whole trip one weekend and then she do it one weekend but my husband said no it's like 5 hours drive or something like that it would take up all of his visitation. So the judge heard it and now the mother does most of the drive on Friday she comes over half way to us and then we meet in the middle on Sunday. They also kept the every other weekend visitation I was surprised they just changed the times to the visits. I guess it went as well as could be expected.
