UPS Keeps Billing

What can I do? United Parcel Service UPS keeps billing me after 7 years of me closing my account that was paid in full. They won't change the account number that was in my name and it keeps getting used.This number is being used all over the USA and I receive the bills for it. I have called and written letters, e-mailed until I am blue in the face. The more I try to get this worked out the more bills I receive. In the last month I have received 6 bills from this company. Is there anything I can do to stop this?

My response:

With whom have you spoken? How high "up the chain" have you gone? What have their responses been to you? Have their been "traces" placed on the shipped packages?

Please be more specific and tell us where the matter stands as of today, and in terms of your complaints.

Thanks for your reply

I have talked to their corporate office I am not sure where its at they just gave me a number. Each and every time they assure me that the problem will be fixed. Than in the following weeks I get more bills than ever. They know where the packages are being shipped from the problem is it's never the same place or even state. I have asked them to take my name off the computer but I guess they don't know where the delete button is on their computer. I know it's not as easy as that.
