Unless your told by some one in advance to use caps because of anothers vision problems. all caps typing is considered rude . My response:

You see, that was your que to rewrite your post like the way I'm writing. New or not, there's no excuse for not reading the easy instructions in BIG red words.

I'm not going to read your post to give you an answer until it's done pursuant to the easy-to-understand instructions.

Also, use whole words. It's really difficult, sometimes, to understand someone's abbreviations. I don't like learning new languages.

Previous owner? Didn't you get title insurance when purchasing the home? If it didn't show up then, but does now, and was in fact around during the insurance policy, file a claim with them.

Did you use a title company and get a title policy? If you did, (and you should always, even if fyou pay cash) they should have found it and so should be responsible for anything that they didn't exclude, and if you got a loan, that probably wouldn't have passed muster
I am a Realtor in Texas, not a lawyer, but I believe this to be true everywhere?

"writer" seems an odd way to reference CINEMA :) If you're looking for a generic term to reference the thread starter, perhaps "Thread Starter" or "Original Poster", or ... "CINEMA" ;)

**A: well, what if the responder is an odd person?

**A: ok, I'll take your suggestion under advisement.

Ok, I decided that the word writer is faster to type. Therefore, I'll stick to that.
