What is the name of your state? oklahoma
my husband took his ex mother in law who is disabled to get her stuff from her house. Her name and her ex boyfriends name are on the title. The ex boyfriend stole her keys so she told my husband to break the glass in the door so they could get her stuff. Now the boyfriend has pressed charges on my husband for 2nd degree burglary. Isn't this a civilmatter between the lady and her ex?

just so you know

Well, he went to turn his self in today and they said he would have to prove that the lady was on the buyer agreement.lucky for me I have all that paperwork in my possession. Charges will be dropped and the accuser will be sent to jail for bringing up false charges and purgery. Thanks for having me do all the work myself.
