My spouse is working with a consultancy from last 7 month.Her assignment got over on 5/31/2009.
After assignment completion,her employer asked her to work in some internal projects and we will give you some stipend.In this way,the payroll keeps running and there won't be any problem with H1B status.
She got job with some other firm and planning for H1B transfer.I am worried about RFE as her paycheck amount is less.What should we do?Please suggest
