What is the name of your state?tx
My car was included on ch7 and it was discharged few months back. I have just received a notice from the original lender that they have sold my account to some other finance company. Do I need to worry about it? I did not re-affirm the loan and currently I am behind on my payments. I am thinking of voluntarily turning over my vehicle. Thanks.

Selling the account is all too common, they do it all the time, so THAT is nothing to worry about. What you DO need to worry about is a repo by the new company because you're behind in the payments.
