What is the name of your state? FL

Another question (sorry). On the USCIS form Part 1 of I-485 it asks what my USCIS status is. This is my original submission for adjustment of status. Do I write 'original submission' here?

I have just answered my own question. I hadn't realized that the INS had changed its name to USCIS. The correct answer is therefore F1.
