I am an editor for a Florida-based magazine. In an upcoming issue, we are planning to run a humorous illustration that includes sketches of Coke and Pepsi cans. It is clear that the soda cans are Coke/Pepsi, so before it runs, we want to make sure this is legal. The illustration is not disparaging in any way.

Run the picture by your legal counsel. Whether or not the illustration will infringe on their trademarks or trade dress is very fact specific, and without seeing the picture, it's hard to say one way or the other.
