What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
Can an individual, my ex-spouse, use my SSN to supeona bank records that don't exist? It's not a court signed supeona, and it asks for a bogus bank account. However, it then asks for any and all other records. My bank, Wells Fargo, SENT MY ACCOUNT RECORDS!

The supeona was tied to a re-opened divorce case which is in appeal for back child support that is owed by my ex. Since no new documentation can be introduced and the supeona, not signed by a court is asking for information outside of the actual time of discovery for the case being appealed.
