What is the name of your state? Florida

Are there any laws (general or during a divorce) that forbid your spouse from using your personal information to obtain records on you. In my case, my wife has accessed my driving record and financial information using my driver's license number and social security number after our separation and filing of divorce. Shouldn't this be illegal considering I did not authorize this?

Thanks.

No, there's nothing illegal about it. However, a spouse cannot legally access medical records, but everything else is okay as long as the information isn't used for criminal purposes.
