Use of trademarked logos in promotion advertising

What is the name of your state? VIRGINIA

As a small business, can we use trademarked logos (i.e., real estate cos) within mock labels on samples of our custom speciality products. Would use "real" logos, but "Jane Doe" names for the mock labels? ...Or do we have to get some kind of permission.?

Product Advertising would be on internet as well as in catalog form. Pam

You will need to obtain permission from the trademark holders.
