OK here's my situation. I bought a 1996 Chrysler Sebring in Feb. of this year from a local car dealer. When I purchased the car, I was assured it was in perfect condition. I even purchased a full Wynn's warranty for $1500.00.
At the end of May, I discovered some damage to the frame. The upper control arm mount was tore from the frame. This came from an apparent accident some time before I purchased the car. When I carried it to the body shop, I was shown evidence of a previous accident. The people at Wynn's said they would not cover the repairs because the warranty does not include welding or adjustments. Is the dealer that I bought the car from Liable to make the proper repairs, or am I stuck footin' the bill?
