i bought a used vehicle 3 months ago in columbus, ohio. since the 3rd day after purchase, we have had nothing but problems. first, the abs light came on, then it began to lose pressure in the brakes. we informed the dealer, who had us take it to their shop. they supposedly fixed the problem, but on the way home, the same problem occurred. we informed the dealer of this, they had us take it back, where the mechanic then told us he couldnt help us. took it to another of the dealers shop's to fix the same problem, and a new problem with the engine losing power. got the vehicle back in worse condition than when we dropped it off. still having the abs light come on, now the check engine light comes on as well, and each new day brings a new problem. the dealer refuses to refund our money, wants us to take it to yet another shop and attempt repairs again. what are our options in this situation? is there any way we can legally get the dealer to give us a refund? please help anybody if you can. thanks
