What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?
Seattle, Washington

Bellow is a copy of the letter I sent to the dealer in Tampa, FL
which explains my situation.

"Hi,
I'm writing about BMW I bought from you which you were
trying to sell on EBAY:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4521675958

The car was supposed to be in mint condition with no mechanical problems and inspected, as advertised.

In addition to rear end collision this car had, which
affected passenger seat - it's bent and not adjustable, front left caliper with only one bolt which made this car undrivable, not working passenger side window, and not working drivers head rest, leaking power steering
and break fluids there are also some very major problems:

1. ABS return pump and ABS control unit are broken.
ABS light is on.
2. There were no fluid in transmission, so assume its
ruined the way it acts and "trans fault" light is on.
3. Guibo disk is coming apart, drive line is falling out which is a major safety issue I wasn’t notified about and could cause harm to my family.

I paid 7300.00 for the junk which was "inspected".

In attachment invoice for diagnostic from BMW of Seattle, transmission fluid fill up and estimates to fix only major
problems comes to 10,264.18 just for parts.
Labor will take at least 20hr at 99.00 p/h.

I have no other choice but to contact authorities and
credible agencies in assistance to recover the damage.

I'm sure you want to handle this fraud and false advertisement as soon as possible. Please, let me know how we can resolve this situation..."

Do I have any options and how should it be handled?
Is it Title XLVI Chapter 817.40 by Florida law?
Thanks for your help

Go borrow Doc Browns DeLorean, get it up to 88 MPH, and go back to before you bought the car. Now that you are there, DONT BUY IT WITHOUT INSPECTING IT YOURSELF FIRST. Would you buy a car from somebody you dont know locally without checking it out first? What makes the internet any different? I swear to god, people get dumber everyday.
