I recently purchased a used car(convertible) and on the paperwork the salesman wrote 90 day warranty.
When I Picked the car up the seats were wet, they said the guys in the shop must have left the windows down,I told them that if I found a leak I would be back, they said no problem, they weren't going anywhere. Well we had some heavy rain and the seats were wet, I brought the car back and showed them where the top was leaking and they said it needs a new top and they will pay half. I'm wondering if the paperwork is enough to prove that they should pay the whole thing?

paw, what exactly was the 90 warrenty covering? it specifically has to state either parts, or entire vehicle.

If it does not specify specific parts, then it should cover the entire vehicle.

They must honor the repair if it is covered on the warrenty.

Let me know how it goes! Good Luck!
