Hi I bought a used 98 neon in August a week later I started having problems first my sunroof broke so I went to get it repaired and it then broke again. Later on in the week I had found out the ar had been in a accident. The front bumbe front left panel and front door were all replaced. The job done though was not very good. All the paint is peeling off. SO I told the dealer of this he said he would do nothing since it was not in the contract to fix the paint. I never signed a contract saying the paint was bad and Iaccepted it. After all this I later found out my transmission moount was broken. So i took it to the dealer he has his mechanic look at it and he said nothing was wrong so he could not fix it. Well I had too other reputable mechanics tell me it was broken. Even when I took it too get state inspected again to see if he was lying the car failed inspection. A couple of the lights were out and the trans mount was broken. I was wondering if I have any recouse in this sale. For one I was never todl about the damage . Two the car should nevr have passed ispection

Hi i see a reply was put up but I dont see a respomnse to my case I just got a response to another when i pasted the broweser. My car was not sold as is so doesnt this also title me to more rights
