on 3-14-00 i brought a used car total cost
15 grand 8days later in shop alternator $300 out of pocket 3 weeks later $300 for a sensor also brakes are bad 4 wheel drive does not work ..... i wrote on my truck windows that i brought a lemon from so and so and wrote the date and cost of repairs can i be liable for slander?

No. What you said is absolutely protected FREE SPEECH. You are exercising your rights to express your opinions. If I said, I don't like "k230elly" because he/she looks like an escapee from the funny farm, that's my opinion - - as long as it doesn't impinge on your profession or cause you to be shunned in the community. We all have opinions, and if the laws were so stringent, we'd all be in jail.
