We live in Kentucky and my son who just turned 21 got a used car from a not so good lot. They told him the car had accual miles but we found out when he got the title that it was not accual miles. They also told him the car was in good shape but he has had it for three months and already spent $1,000 in repairs. The transmisson, is bad the struts are bad,the motor leaks oil,the air bag won`t work, the ignisson slips around in circles like it might be broken. He did sign a contract with them for 30% interest and they did not have full price on contract until after he signed. It`s just one big mess. They have already sold the car he used for a trade, can he get out of this? Can he get enough to go get another car?
