What is the name of your state? Florida and New York based business.

Ok here's the deal, a friend has a circus-y type act that he performs at fairs, conventions, festivals, etc. and he has an agent. He used to be under an agency and they still have his act listed as a service they can acquire. When you contact them they're offering other acts. Also, when you type in a search for his site or his show you are first directed to this agency before his personal site, which as you can imagine hurts his business. He has contacted the agency within the last year and the company still has not taken the name off their site. Is there any way to make them take it off the site, and can he get any reimbursement for lost business? Please help me--jr
