What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
In this case the questions pertains to all us and Canadian territories.
Question starts:
Ownership.
All rights and title in and to the Sim, including the Service, the Sim Client, the Content (including any user accounts, titles, computer code, tracks, cars, objects, locations, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, any related documentation, “applets” incorporated into the Sim Client, recordings of races), and any and all data and statistics generated by or in connection with the Sim (the “Data”) are owned by xyz.com or its licensors and are protected by United States and international laws. The Sim may contain certain licensed materials, and xyz.com’s licensors may enforce their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement. For clarity, Content is licensed to you; you will not obtain any ownership interest in any of the Content.
Would the above ''ownership of a persons name/user account'' hold up in court? The user names are actually peoples ''REAL legal names''. If I am reading this correctly It says the service owns user accounts which is the clients real name. This does not seem legal to me. But I would like to know if I am write or wrong by a actual expert.
