What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

I didnt know exactly where to post this so I am going to post it here

I just got out of the USMC and I went back to get my old job back because USERRA states they have to give it back and im in need of money. I got an honorable discharge and my service was under 5 years I have no permanent injuries or anything like that but my former employer is refusing to hire me back even though she knows USERRA states she has to give my job back. I have no clue who I would go to about this and wondering who I should I go to about this?

Please help me I really need the money really bad right now and have no clue what to do

File a complaint with the US DOL as they enforce USERRA.

When you left your previous job, what sort of notice did you give your employer?
