Hi,
I did not know where to ask this question. And my question is: 'Can I use AdSense with my film on youtube, if I do not have the copyright to the music?'. The film is made and recorded by me, but the music in the background, of course is not.

Google pretty much screens the sound tracks and will insert their own (non-ad sense) add into your video if you use one of the copyrighted tunes they know about. Otherwise, you can surely put adsense in, but you run the risk of the copyright holder coming after you (and even if you don't insert ads you can still have them come after you).

tadzior643, have you created a Harlem Shake film, or have you created a dance video using the Mad Decent/Harry Rodrigues (aka Baauer) music, "The Harlem Shake?"

If you made a Harlem Shake dance video using Baauer's music, it is my understanding that he has allowed free downloads of his music (no copyright license is required for use) and he is instead being compensated for this use of his copyrighted music by others through ad revenue. This arrangement frees up his music for use by others, in whatever manner they choose to use it, without them fearing a copyright infringement suit, while in turn providing Baauer with an ad-revenue income.
