Everyone knows of Jimminy Cricket from Disney's Pinochio. Is it okay to make up a character called "Jimminy Clicket" as a joke and use him around my web site? It's supposed to be a stereotypical chinese/fobby version of Jimminy Cricket. I'd have a unique original computer illustration of him, not one taken from the Disney.com site. What do you guys think? thanks

you are going to get a letter from Disney. It's going to be called a "Cease and Desist" letter and if you don't do as they request you will rack up thousands of dollars in legal fees.
