I live in Oregon, my husband lives in
Pennsylvania. We have been separated for
over 2 years now. The expense of a divorce
prevents me getting one. We are both over
50 with no join assets. I just wanted to no
if I can assume my maiden name again? Can I
just change it on my social security card
and other things? What must I do; short of
a divorce to do this? Any help or advice
would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
