What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

I'm starting up a website for gifted authors to put up and sell their content. One of those authors is me and I desperately want to protect the identity behind it in such a way that's not offered through a DBA (my role as website/business owner is far less private to me than the content I write).

So anyway, I will have to copyright my content under a pen-name in order to give it solid privacy protections but the problem comes from when I am licensing it to my company (an LLC) and am writing agreements between my pen name and my DBA. Somehow I get the feeling that this will bring on legal trouble. Am I correct?
