HELP Utah speeding ticket, Live in CA

What is the name of your state? California

I got a speeding ticket in Beaver Utah for doing 92 in a 75(My first ticket since '81 _)...Can I take traffic school in California or online to get it off my record? I need to mail the payment this week and cant find anything about out of state tickets/traffic school for California or Utah. In one part of the ticket it says I was going 16 miles over speed limit and then in the corner it says 92/75 and I dont understand the different numbers. There is no way at all I can get back to Utah to fight the ticket (and I admit I was going about 90) but isnt it wreckless driving when it's 15 mph over speed limit? HELP! thanks

I don't think it will work (for the ticket to be removed) because the CA Handbook says:
California Driver Handbook - Actions Resulting in Loss of License



Traffic Violator School Dismissals

When a driver is cited for a traffic violation, the judge may offer the driver the opportunity to attend a Traffic Violator School. Drivers may participate once in any 18 month period to have a citation dismissed from their driving record this way.

You won't have a CA judge in front of you to authorize it.
