What is the name of your state? CO
Is the Montgomery GI bill considered income to be used on the child support worksheet. The GI bill is suppose to be used to pay for school, books etc. but the money that left over you keep. Would I add that into the Child Support calculation? Thanks

I don't know about your state but...

...here in TN you would use it as income to calculate CS. The gross amount of income includes any monies VA Benefits, SSI etc... according to the CS guidelines here in TN.

I would ask your local CS agency to be sure.
