Hello

We are going through escrow and I'm concerned that my husband's VA certificate of eligibility will be denied due to his needing to leave the Navy due to hardship. His father passed and he had to take care of his brother and sisters. He was eligible for the Montgomery benefits. If the CoE is denied can the loan be converted to an FHA loan during escrow? Thanks!
