What is the name of your state? VA

Can you do anything after your property has been purchased in foreclosure???

If the 2nd mortgage forclosed on the property, will they give money to the first mortgage after their amount has been paid accordingly???

**A: yes, you can pay them cash for the total debt including legal and court costs and they will give you clean title.

**A: no, you got it backwards. The first mortgage holder gets paid first. Any money left over goes to the second mortgage holder.

Check with your sheriff's department. Some states have a redemption period. But then that also means you would have to come up with the money to redeem it.
**A: and if you had the money in the first place the lender would not have foreclosed.
