I live in Va. and I was wondering my soon to be wx and I are getting a divorce because of my adultry. He has filed under this, we have since been together sexually. Now I know that it is not really right to be Divorced this way. We have a court date on the 31st of this month. My witness did not actually see us in the "act" of adultry. My soon to be ex wife says she is going to change the divorce to irrecincilable differences(sorry about my spelling). How long could that take?
And what about this Bifurcation?
Can I file under that?
