What is the name of your state? florida. I need to know if on the original contract which was signed for the purchase of my home the buyers checked off conventional loan and I agreed to the terms. Now their agent says they are going VA. Am I still bound to this contract even though I never agreed to sell my home VA. They also did not get the inspection done in the required 10 days but sent an inspector a few days later. I do not want to pay all these extra costsat closing. Also the VA appraisor seemd to find more things on my home which he said had to be repaired which I thought were "cosmetic" such as replacing two screens in the front windows.

A: No, not unless you agreed to it. Choosing VA is not just like switching lenders; it's a whole other ballgame and you (seller) have to do a bunch of crap they want you to do.

**A: the Buyer is in default if they are not getting a conventional loan.
