Is it possible to vacate a judgement against an eviction because we filed bankruptcy Chapter 7?

We were eveicted in October 2004 by a "bankruptcy and real estate lawyer" who was also our landlord. We filed for C7 on March 2. The judgment was for unpaid rent.

**A: no, the only thing you can do is name the landlord as creditor and discharge the rent due. You could not vacate the eviction.

**A: the filing of BK automatically put a stay on your eviction but all L had to do was file a Motion for Relief and have it approved to proceed with eviction.
