What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I was fired from my job at Walmart. I worked there 10 1/2 years. This year I had 3 weeks vacation time to use. I used all but 40.33 hours. Do I get paid for that time I did not use?

In PA, that depends entirely on company policy. If there is a written company policy that says you get paid for any earned but unused vacation, then PA law will require them to honor that policy. If no such policy exists, or if company policy says that the time is forfeited, then you're out of luck.
