The package we bought was in Florida
Now in the contract there was several items I had some questions about.
THE PURCHASER HAS FULL RIGHT TO CANCEL HIS/HER ORDER AT NO PENALTY WITHIN 7-DAYS FROM THE INITIATION OF THEIR ORDER.
Which somewhat contradicts this statement:

“You have a right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase” after which, “the seller has 30 days from the time of receipt of your notice of cancellation to send you a full refund”.
Now I have called on several occasions yet the seller has refused to refund the money. I sent a cancellation letter by registered mail, this was about 20 days after my girlfriend signed up for this.
Additionally in their contract it states.
4. To participate you must be at least 23 years of age and gainfully employed. If married both husband and wife must attend the tour and sales presentation together. Non-married couples must travel and attend the tour together. Full time students do no qualify for this offer, unless they meet and can verify the stated income requirement as noted in the Terms of Promotion.
She was only 20 at the time.... the person on the phone said to her thats fine...
Now I can paste more of the contract in if people need/want to see it, additionally I can post it somewhere else.
Anyways, I am just trying to figure out if there is any legal way I can get out of this. It has been over 30 days at this point, probably closer to 60 though I did send them the cancellation letter within 30 days. To add to this we have yet to receive anything from the package at this point.
