What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
Can my company do this?
Effective January 1, 2010 if you have any Paid time off remaining from 2009 on your anniversary date in 2010 you will not be allowed to accrue (earn) any additional days until all your Paid time off from the prior year is used.
