I have in writing (paystubs) that I have 88 hours of PERSONAL TIME OFF on the records.

I have been sent home and told not to come back until I can work with NO DR RESTRICTIONS. I have been doing light duty for 10 months.

They have requested my uniforms and stopped my HEALTH BENEFITS.

What are the odds of getting my accrued time?

Since we don't know your employer, we have no way of guessing what kind of chances you have.

In Texas, they are not required to pay out any PTO unless there is a company policy saying so.
