I turned in my 2 week notice and my last day of work is Nov 30th. My work anniversary is 3 days before my last day (nov 27th.) I receive another full year of vacation time 3 days before my last day. Am I entitled to receive this new vacation time as it's monetary equivalent? The employee handbook states that as long as an employee turns in their 2 week notice and works that entire 2 weeks (which i am), that employee will receive their unused vacation time in their last paycheck. There is nothing which discusses this issue in the employee handbook.
