What is the name of your state? New Hampshire.....I was laid off from my job on June 10..I worked in Mass. I keep waiting for my 2 weeks vacation pay as of this morning it is still not in my banking...I thought they had so much time to send it to me when u get laid off..Gee a long weekend without money GREAT

Need to be 100% clear on this. Did you live and work in NH for a company that is based in MA, or did you physically work on MA, even though you live in NH?

I worked in mass.. The company was based in Mass..

Then contact the MA AG's Fair Labor and Consumer Hotline. Your employer is well outside the limit of MA law for paying out earned but unused vacation.
