What is the name of your state?Pennsylvania, I was recently laid off. I was in to the new year. I have been paid for two weeks of vacation in the past. Since I was into the new year is my employer obligated to pay me for the two weeks fo the coming year?
Thanks

No, not unless your employer has a policy of paying out all vacation for the year on termination.

PA law does not require that an employer pay for vacation on termination; only that they follow their own policies concerning vacation, whatever those policies may be.
