What is the name of your state? LOUISIANA
MY FORMER EMPLOYER SAYS THEY DONT HAVE TO PAY MY VACATION WAGES TO ME. I WAS NOT CALLED BACK TO WORK AFTER HURRICANE KATRINA.
CAN THEY DO THIS?

I take it you were terminated? Louisiana law provides that accrued vacation be paid out at termination only if the company policy provides for it.
