Hi,

I have inherited a piece of property along with my siblings and cousins. We all own the property together. Each of us have tried to get our own insurance companies to extend insurance to include the property but none will touch it for various reasons. It's lake property with an old log cabin and some wouldn't insure it because of the multiple owners and others wouldn't due to the nature of the building.

All we want is liability insurance.

What do we have to do to get insurance on a place like this? Some have suggesting to incorporate as group but that seems extreme.

Thanks,
