i have work for a company for 5 years now and every year i had 2 weeks of vacation. 2 years ago the company got new owners and nothing changed. now this year a week before i was planning on taking the remaining week i had they come to me and say i only get one week of vacation a year. i understand that the company can do what they want with vacation because there is no law saying that you are entitled to time off. i just thought that maybe a change in policy should have been made visible to the employees.
