I work in a manufacturing factory.My first year there I got no vacation days.In Jan of the following year I had acumulated 10 days based on the number of months worked the previous year with the Max. being 10 days.Since then I am now at 15 days vacation.Their policy is if I quit before July1 and I have used over half my days they hold out pay equal to the number of days over the half.Is this legal since in essence the vacation days are due the previous year?
